Cnidium
Grow the herb, specifically for the seed. Once harvested, it can be ground up into a powder and kept for quite a long time.
Calendula
The petals are the active components here. Once again they dry well and can be kept until needed. Decoction or tincture can be used or you can just sprinkle them in with your rice.
Radium Weed
Diminutive and non demanding, this little herb, also called 'Petty Spurge' can be very effective in the eradication of Sun Spots and some cancerous skin growths. Research well as it is not called 'spurge' by accident.
Dioscorea
You need to grow this climber for Spring and Summer before you can harvest the tuber. It dries well but is best sliced up finely before putting out to dry.
