Borage
Borage germinates freely and easily and will self seed very happily for years once it has flowered.
Anise
It is a beautiful herb to grow, with it's fern like foliage and umbels of white flowers that mature into the wonderful Anise seeds.
Celery
This is a nice, clumping variety of celery, that produces good, upright stems, that is delicious.
Dandilion
Dandelion will grow well in pots and in some ways I think that it is best kept that way as the soil is generally more friable allowing the root to grow to generous size for harvesting.
